Recovery is a lifelong journey, and at Ark House Rehab, our support doesn’t end when your residential programme finishes. When you complete treatment with us, you become part of our recovery family, with access to free aftercare for as long as you need it.
Stay Connected Through Our Social Media Community
Upon completing treatment, clients can join our private WhatsApp group and Facebook community to stay connected with others in recovery. These platforms provide ongoing peer support, updates on events, resources, and a way to stay engaged with the Ark House community—no matter where you are in the world.
Free Weekly Aftercare Sessions

Family Support Continues
We know that addiction affects the whole family. That’s why our Family Support Group remains open to loved ones even after your treatment ends. Families, friends, and significant others can attend to share experiences, receive guidance, and build resilience. This ongoing support helps repair relationships, improve communication, and foster a network of understanding that strengthens recovery for everyone involved.
Telephone and Virtual Support
Ark House offers a free telephone support service, available day or night for guidance, encouragement, or simply a friendly chat. In addition, we host weekly Zoom groups, meetings, and lectures to provide flexible, remote support for clients who may have returned home, relocated, or are unable to attend in person.
Aftercare Referrals and Resources
We also help clients access self-help groups and 12 step recovery networks in their local areas, wherever they are in the world. This ensures continuity of care, enabling clients to maintain recovery within their own communities while remaining part of the Ark House network.
While many treatment approaches provide therapy and professional support, 12-Step rehab programmes are unique in combining evidence-based treatment with peer-led, lifelong support. Through 12-Step fellowship meetings, residents gain access to a global network of peers who understand the challenges of recovery, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
This ongoing community ensures that support doesn’t end when you leave Ark House. Residents can continue attending meetings locally or virtually, giving them a constant network of connection and encouragement that empowers long-term recovery and helps prevent relapse.

Once you contact Ark House, we complete an assessment to ensureour service is the rightfit and to identify care needs and risks. Applicants must be 18 or over and able to engage in residential activities, which we discuss during the referral process.
