The Charity Trust

THE EA & W MUXLOW CHARITABLE TRUST (“the Charity”) – Registered charity number 1181228

The EA & W Muxlow Charitable Trust (“the Charity”) was established in 2018 through a generous bequest from the Muxlow family. The Charity is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, and full details regarding its objectives, trustees, and governance can be found on the official register: https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/

Since its formation, the Charity has been dedicated to funding treatment for individuals with health conditions or illnesses for which no public or personal funding is available. This work has focused primarily on providing financial support for individuals suffering from alcoholism and other addictions, enabling access to rehabilitation and recovery services that would otherwise be out of reach.

In November 2021, the Trustees acquired Ark House Rehab Limited to secure the long-term future of Ark House and to strengthen the provision of high-quality rehabilitation services for those seeking recovery from addiction.

As Ark House Rehab Limited now operates as a wholly owned trading subsidiary, all trading profits generated are applied directly in furtherance of the Charity’s objectives — ensuring that every success contributes to supporting individuals and families affected by addiction.
